These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Towels World website and purchases made through it.

   By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Products and Product Information
   We endeavour to provide accurate product information. Minor variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. Product specifications, prices, availability and descriptions may be changed or updated without prior notice.
4. Prices and GST
   Website prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown or calculated at checkout.
5. Orders and Acceptance
   Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase. Towels World may accept, decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil delivery. If payment has already been received for an order that Towels World cancels, the applicable amount will be returned through the appropriate payment process.
6. Payment
   Online payments are processed through Razorpay and may be subject to Razorpay’s applicable terms and security procedures. Cash on Delivery is not offered.
7. Shipping and Delivery
   Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery within India is generally 3–7 working days after dispatch, subject to destination, courier operations, holidays, weather and circumstances beyond reasonable control. Shipping is free for orders above ₹1,000; for orders below ₹1,000, applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
   Towels World follows a 7-day exchange policy subject to the conditions in the Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy. Normal change-of-mind requests are not eligible for exchange. Used, washed, customer-damaged or improperly packed products are not eligible.
9. Intellectual Property
   Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product imagery and other materials owned or licensed by Towels World may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Prohibited Use
    Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
    Do not attempt to interfere with website security or functionality.
    Do not misuse customer accounts, payment systems or promotional offers.
11. Limitation and Consumer Rights
    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
12. Force Majeure
    Towels World will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental actions, technical outages or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction available to a consumer under law, courts and competent authorities at Erode, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law.
